Return Window

You can return laptops, computers, and accessories within 30 days from the delivery date. Simply check your order date and make sure you’re within the return window before initiating your request.

How to Return a Product

Follow these simple steps:

Receive RMA number: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions

Self-Ship Returns

Currently, all returns need to be self-shipped using a reliable courier service. We recommend:
  • Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Using a trusted courier partner
  • Keeping the courier receipt safe for your records
Important: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Protective seals (if any) remain intact and unbroken

What You Can Return

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Products unopened in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Defective or damaged items (please provide photos as proof)
  • Wrong item shipped to you

Partial Refund (15% restocking fee applies):

Opened laptops or computers that remain in resalable condition with all original accessories and packaging

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. We’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Software that has been opened or activated, products missing original packaging or documentation, and items damaged due to misuse or accidents are not eligible for refunds.

How the Refund Process Works

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions. After successful inspection and approval, we’ll initiate your refund within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method, but the time it takes to appear in your account varies. Credit and debit cards typically take 5-10 business days, while net banking refunds process in 5-7 business days. If you used UPI or digital wallets, expect your refund in 3-5 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll need your bank account details, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
In total, depending on your payment method, you can expect to receive your refund within 13-22 business days from when we receive your return.

When Returns May Be Declined

We may decline your return request if the item shows signs of use or damage, if original tags or packaging are missing, or if the product has been tampered with or modified. Returns initiated after the 30-day window will also not be accepted. If your return is declined, the product may be shipped back to you at no liability to us.
